Successful candidates receive a two-year staff term appointment at grade GF, renewable for a further five years subject to performance, and complete three mandatory rotations of eight months each — including a cross-institutional rotation and at least one country-office posting — alongside the cohort-based YP Academy.

Anyone who holds the nationality of a World Bank Group member country, has completed a master's-level degree or higher in a relevant field before the September start date, has two to six years of professional experience in a related work area, has an excellent command of spoken and written English, is not a current World Bank Group staff member, and is not precluded by the Bank Group's employment eligibility policy on close relatives. The portal opens on 01 September 2026 and closes on 30 September 2026, 11:59 p.m. UTC. There is one window each year; the Bank Group accepts no off-cycle applications, no late submittals, no applications by email, and no changes after the deadline. Applications are reviewed in early October against the eligibility criteria and then on substance, by HR together with staff who have technical expertise in the stream you selected. Candidates who advance are invited in mid to late October to an on-demand video interview and a leadership assessment, plus a technical assessment where the stream uses one. A subset then attends an assessment centre and a panel interview in December (Washington DC, Nairobi) or January (Paris, Bangkok). Intent to offer is communicated in late January or early February.

No. By submitting, you confirm that your responses are your own original work and that you have not used unauthorised materials or external resources — including AI-based tools or chatbots — nor received assistance from any person. The Bank Group states it may check responses for compliance and that breaches may result in dismissal of the application or ineligibility for employment.

Each package page lists every deliverable with what it involves, and the comparison page puts all three side by side with quantities — sessions, recorded rounds and mock interviews are stated as numbers, not as ticks. What no package includes is listed just as plainly: we do not write, draft, edit into final form or submit any part of an application.

Yes. Within the same application cycle you can move up to a larger package by paying the difference in base price plus GST on that difference; the services you have already used are deducted at their listed value. Write to us from the email address on your order and we will issue the upgrade order. Upgrades run in one direction only — a larger package cannot be downgraded for a refund.

All sales are final. These are digital preparation services: the Essential Guide and the dashboard are released immediately on payment confirmation, so no refund is available once an order is paid. This is stated on the checkout page before you pay, and you confirm it as part of accepting the terms. If a payment is taken twice for the same order, the duplicate is refunded in full — that is a failed transaction, not a change of mind.

No — every price on this site is shown as a base price plus 18% GST, and the checkout shows the base, the GST and the total payable separately before you pay. A tax invoice is issued against the order.

Mentorship is delivered as scheduled one-to-one video sessions of 60 minutes, booked through your candidate dashboard. The Complete Package includes twelve, running from profile diagnosis through positioning, application preparation, assessment preparation, interview preparation and final readiness. The Interview Package includes two — one to set the preparation strategy and one for final readiness before your interview.

You submit your own CV and your own draft responses through the dashboard, and receive structured written feedback on writing, structure, formatting, clarity, consistency, relevance, evidence and professional presentation. The feedback tells you where a sentence is not yet doing work for you. It does not supply replacement text, and you remain responsible for creating and submitting your own original application responses and for complying with all current World Bank Group rules.

Recorded interview preparation runs under on-demand video conditions — fixed prompts, a limited window per answer, no second attempt — and is then reviewed with you against the recording. Mock interviews are 50-minute panel simulations that mirror the published panel composition, with technical probing in your stream and a written debrief after each.

No, and no one honestly can. The programme is highly competitive and outcomes depend on the strength of the applicant pool in a given year, the Bank Group's needs at the time, and factors entirely outside any candidate's control. What preparation can do is make sure that if you are not selected, it is not because of something avoidable.

No. The Bank Group's declaration requires that every response is your own original work, produced without assistance from any person. We prepare you — frameworks, feedback, practice and rehearsal — and you write and submit every word yourself. We will decline a request to draft application text, and we have no contact with the World Bank Group about any candidate.

The Bank Group states there is no insider knowledge that is not already directly accessible on its own websites and application portal, and advises candidates against entrusting their application to third parties. Payment is verified on our server against the gateway's signature — never in your browser. A failed payment leaves the order unpaid and nothing is activated; you can retry from the same order without creating a second one. A duplicate capture against a single order is detected on the server, refunded in full, and does not create a second entitlement.
