Hold the nationality of an ADB member country.

Hold a master's-level degree or higher in economics, finance, engineering or a related discipline.

Have relevant professional experience, typically in the two-to-five-year range.

Have excellent written and spoken English.

Be willing to be based in Manila and to travel across the region.
