This is the first gate and the one that cannot be prepared around. Around thirty governments sponsor posts, and each funds its own nationals.

Relevance is judged against the specific post, not against development in general.

Do you have between two and four years of relevant professional experience?
The upper bound is a real constraint: this is an entry programme and sponsors apply the ceiling.
